How we handle your data

When you submit an inquiry or application form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, medical school and graduation year, specialty preferences, and your message. We use these only to respond to your inquiry and manage your admission process.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, and Google Ads conversion measurement to know when someone who clicked one of our ads submits an inquiry form. This means Google receives information about your visit (such as pages viewed and form completion) for measurement and ad-optimization purposes.

In regions where the law requires it (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec), advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's stored data for this site. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

When you apply, we send a confirmation and a welcome email to the address you provide. To verify your email address, we send a one-time code during the application. We do not send marketing email without your interest on record.

Your inquiry details are stored in our secure database and visible only to authorized Thumbay Group admissions staff. Measurement data is processed by Google as described above. We do not sell your personal data.

You can reject advertising cookies in the banner, request a copy or deletion of your inquiry data, or withdraw a consent you previously gave by emailing pathway@gmu.ac.ae.
